Pg. 21: Primitives torture Jake and I

  • A dream of the night (2003?)
  • (I am a chronic pain sufferer: Back, SI-joints, hips, knees, elbows, liver, etc. and have a “schizophrenia” diagnosis).
  • Late in the night I dreamt…
  • It was night time and I was staked out on bare ground on my back, spread eagle, near a small fire…
  • Jake (my Siberian Husky) also was laid out on the ground nearby.
  • There were two dark haired men wearing only loincloths torturing Jake and I.
  • They worked methodically without speaking.
  • I was in pain…
  • Then I woke up in pain, and…
  • And considered that perhaps it was demons torturing me (persecution?¹) that was the cause of my pain.
  • (On 5-17-19 I heard, “They will see you dancing with delight!”²).

  • Not that I think my “revelations” are as great as Paul’s of course.
  • His “thorn in the flesh” was given to, in a way, weaken/humble him, due to great revelations/dreams that might cause pride. (Or, so others would not exalt him).
  • My dreams, I am believing, were given to strengthen and encourage, due to my already being so weak. And this they have done…thank you, Lord God, our Father! Please fill us with your Holy Spirit! Amen.
